More About Advanced Vitamins Blood Test
Vitamins fall into two main groups:
- Water-soluble vitamins (such as B vitamins) are not stored in the body and must be replenished regularly through diet.
- Fat-soluble vitamins (such as Vitamins A, D, and E) are stored in the body’s fat tissue and liver, meaning levels can build up or become depleted over time.
Low vitamin levels can affect many areas of your health, from energy and immunity to skin, hair, and muscle function.
Results are typically available within 7–10 working days from when your sample reaches the laboratory.
